I (Eric Schrader) am a Cloud Solutions Architect who co-founded Sileo Technology Solutions in 2016 with Greg Saliba and Huy Nguyen. Sileo Technology Solutions is a technology consulting firm that began from a desire to be flexible and agile by using the latest cloud and software technologies for clients, without being tied down to one particular solution or technology. Sileo uses these same solutions in their daily business to vet them and make sure they provide value. Then from experience, the Sileo team can be assured that these solutions will work for their clients. IT is a field that is always changing, so it is critical to stay on top of the latest best practices.

I  have worked in the technology field for fourteen years and am experienced with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Windows Server, Linux, HTML/CSS, HTML5, Responsive Design, SharePoint, SQL Server, PowerShell, SharePoint Migration tools, XSLT, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, ASP.NET, VB, DotNetNuke, Joomla, OSCommerce, WordPress, and other CMS applications. I am also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) with various SharePoint certifications. I was previously a Microsoft Partner Technology Specialist (P-TSP), where I represented Microsoft to businesses that are considering SharePoint solutions.

Over the past 6+ years, I have implemented over 50 different SharePoint installs for clients. As a result of that experience, I architected a “Least Privileges Install” methodology for SharePoint that is recognized as an industry Best Practice. I have lead various SharePoint 2007/2010 to SharePoint 2013 migrations which utilized Metalogix Content Matrix to migrate the data.

I have presented at the Los Angeles SharePoint Users Group (SPUG) and the Small/Medium Business (SMB) TechFest. I was an architect on an application that won Microsoft’s Portals and Collaborations award in 2013.
